Mr. Frank Caprio is the most viral judge in the world. In 2022, his videos on Youtube received forty-three million viewers (Wikipedia, 2022). There are 1.7 Billion people who viewed all the videos on the internet. (Coelho, Jamie; February 20, 2019).

His acts of compassion and sympathy by dismissing the tickets to a mother whose son is dead, and she had to pay her son's debt; dismissing a ticket to a 96 years old man who takes care of his 63-year-old son who is suffering from cancer; ignoring 100 dollars ticket to a Vietnam veteran war .who goes to the hospital for treatment; dismissing the fine for the students who have difficulty paying the tickets because of working and studying, and people who cannot afford to pay because of small salary, are some of the noblest and most applauded acts that the judge can give to his city folks.
In addition, he tried his best by not giving a guilty verdict. He also gives the benefit of the doubt decision. Alternatively, in any case, he had to give one, the fine is minimum, and a reasonable period for payment. When the defendants said they got tickets because of working, studying, providing service to family, or in any act of kindness., he may also dismiss the ticket.
A video of 96 years old father who takes care of his 63 years old son, who is suffering from cancer, and he has to take care of him.
Video of a mother who is having a challenging year. Her son is dead, and she has to pay for his son's debt and simultaneously struggle with day-to-day expenses.
Besides the events of Mr. Caprio's kindness, one video is the most hilarious. A dominant wife wanted her wonderful husband to pay for the ticket under her name; The wife was so prevalent that the husband could not say much, only by saying, "Yes, dear." It is a secret formula for a happily married couple for forty-three years.
Background
Mr. Frank Caprio is at the age of eighty-six years old this year. He was born on November 24, 1936, in Providence and is the second of three brothers. Besides being the chief municipal judge in Providence, he is also an American jurist and a Democrat politician (Wikipedia, 2022). He has been reelected to the Municipal Judge seven times since 1983, almost forty years ago.
He married Joyce Caprio for fifty-eight years and has five children, Frank Jr., David, Marissa, John, and Paul. His son Frank Jr. Caprio is an active Democrat politician who carries the legacy of the Caprio family name in Rhode Island. In addition, they established Caprio Law Firm in Rhode Island.

It all started when his younger brother gained time on local access television twenty-nine years ago. Caprio's wife, Joyce, suggested they used the time to film her husband in court. Frank did not like the idea, but in the end, he agreed to his wife's request. The film got a good response and aired on WLNE-TV and ABC 6. However, videos on their Facebook and YouTube channels went viral and gained him worldwide popularity.
Conclusion
Mr. Frank Caprio has shown an example that the first point before judging whether a person is guilty is to be compassionate and more tolerant of that person's condition. The world is unfair where we can think of a person with the same verdict without looking at all the essentials.
There may be two people coming with the same ticket. However, one person can afford to have five times daily meals. On the other hand, another person cannot have even a single meal. So, it is the judge's evaluation to give justice and wisdom before making any decision.
In our condition, maybe, we can start realizing that all people are not in the same condition as ourselves. There are one thousand people who are working and living around us. Most probably, all of them are not in the same situation. So let us be more compassionate and more understanding to others.
